Cookie Pie

We can sound partial when we state this, “Our favourite” from this year’s Easter menu has found its way to our regular menu. A buttery cookie base with a molten centre that is perfect for digging in with your family and friends.

The decadent molten centre is the hero that is made up of salted caramel and a hint of milk chocolate that offers that ooey gooey richness this dish needs. A combination that is to die for!

Note: For the best eating experience, heat the cookie pie in the oven for a few seconds
